These terms describe the use of NK Moving Solutions’ website, including its information and quote-request features. “NK,” “we,” and “us” refer to NK Moving Solutions. Please read these terms before using the site or sending a request.
These website terms are not an estimate, reservation, bill of lading, or moving contract. They do not replace the written documents for your move or override rights and obligations under applicable law.
2. Quote requests and booking
A quote request is an invitation for us to discuss your move. Submitting it, receiving an automated acknowledgment, or selecting a preferred date does not confirm a booking, guarantee availability, or create a binding price.
Tell us the accurate pickup and delivery locations, inventory, access conditions, dates, and services you need. Let us know if these details change. An estimate depends on its stated assumptions and the agreed scope. Any changes and related charges must be handled through the appropriate written documents and applicable law.
Before booking, review the written estimate and service documents with NK. Ask about crew and truck arrangements, packing materials, travel or access charges, storage, delivery timing, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions. Only the terms actually provided and agreed for your move apply; this website does not establish a universal deposit or cancellation fee.
3. Moving services and your rights
The written estimate, service agreement, bill of lading where applicable, and other required moving documents set out the scope and terms of a booked move. If they differ from general website descriptions, the applicable moving documents and law control.
Protection options, valuation, claims procedures, and any deadlines must be explained in the documents applicable to your move. A general statement that a mover is licensed or insured does not mean every item is covered at full replacement value. Ask the team to explain the available protection before agreeing to services.
For an interstate household-goods move, review the FMCSA consumer-rights information and the materials supplied for your move. Nothing on this website waives statutory consumer rights, carrier responsibilities, or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
4. Using the site responsibly
Quote requests should be made by adults aged 18 or older who are authorized to arrange the move or contact us on the customer’s behalf. Use accurate contact details and only send information you are entitled to share.
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent requests, upload malicious content, interfere with other visitors, overload or disrupt the service, bypass security measures, or attempt to access information that is not intended for you.
5. Communications and privacy
We use DIBS to receive online quote inquiries. Review the consent wording displayed in the form and our Privacy Policy for information about collection, service providers, communications, and your choices.
Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond to the request; it does not by itself establish consent for every kind of marketing or automated communication. Automated or AI-assisted calls and texts depend on the relevant consent and enabled features. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can contact us directly instead.

6. Website content and ownership
Website text, logos, designs, photographs, and other materials belong to NK or their respective owners or licensors. You may view the site and save information for your own move planning. Do not reproduce or commercially distribute protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
Photos, examples, testimonials, and descriptions are informational and do not define the exact crew, equipment, price, or outcome for your move. Historical recognition is identified by its year. Confirm the services and arrangements relevant to you directly with NK.
7. Accuracy, availability, and external services
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct or update content. This does not allow us to change an agreed moving contract outside its terms or applicable law.
The website and third-party quote service may be interrupted or unavailable. If you do not receive a response or the form fails, call or email us. Do not rely on a failed form submission to make a time-sensitive booking, change, cancellation, or claim.
Links to Google, social platforms, and other external sites are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. A link does not transfer responsibility for a booked NK moving service to the linked website.
8. Website limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website content is provided as available without a promise that it will always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. It is not a substitute for a written estimate or direct confirmation from NK.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory moving-service protections, or removes your right to pursue a valid claim. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an additional claims deadline.
9. Questions, concerns, and changes
If you have a question about the website, an estimate, or a booked move, contact NK. For a service concern, include the booking reference if you have one and a brief description, while following the claim or notice instructions in your moving documents. Contacting us does not extend any deadline that applies under those documents or law.
We may update these website terms and will revise the date above. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing moving agreement. If any website provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent allowed by law.
